We collect your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method references such as your UPI handle or Paytm number. This data is used solely for identity verification, transaction processing, and account security — nothing else.

Financial transaction records are kept for the legally mandated period, typically seven years. Non-financial personal data is anonymised within 90 days after you submit a written deletion request through our Help Centre ticket system.
